Lightsail database instance stuck on "Backing up"


Lightsail database instance is stuck on "Backing Up" status since last 4 months, i'm not able to perform any action from portal or from cli. So I'm basically getting charged for instance that I can't get rid of.

CLI operation fails with following error: An error occurred (OperationFailureException) when calling the DeleteRelationalDatabase operation: Sorry, you can't delete a relational database in backing-up state; please try again later.
