In Cost Explorer there is a CloudWatch charge called 'DataProcessing-Bytes' (prefixed with region name). What is this charge?

Please refer this documentation for more details. Basically its cost for 'PutLogEvents' Operation and from Cost Explorer you can group by API Operation (PutLogEvents) and Usage Type (<region>-DataProcessing-Bytes) to see this combination of charges.
