Workmail not working

After 1 month using Workmail my customers tell me they don't receive emails from me. How it can be even possible? I spent money od ads only to find out so basic service as email doesn't work. How my bussiness can even rely on Workmail?

    Almost everyday I sent couple of emails. Only from feedback from users I know, emails were not delivered. I didn't received bounces for those emails. Messages are not even in spam folder. There are missing. It works sometimes, but sometimes not.
