RDS recovery after every instance backup

For the last few weeks, after every daily automated backup of mySQL RDS dabase, RDS initiates a recovery process. This is the log for today:

July 28, 2023, 05:44 (UTC+02:00) - Backing up DB instance July 28, 2023, 05:45 (UTC+02:00) - Finished DB Instance backup July 28, 2023, 06:52 (UTC+02:00) - Recovery of the DB instance has started. Recovery time will vary with the amount of data to be recovered. July 28, 2023, 06:55 (UTC+02:00) - DB instance restarted July 28, 2023, 06:56 (UTC+02:00) - Recovery of the DB instance is complete. July 28, 2023, 06:57 (UTC+02:00) - Monitoring Interval changed to 60 July 28, 2023, 06:58 (UTC+02:00) - Finished updating DB parameter group

How can I troubleshoot this?
