Can we use SFTP connector to get file from privately hosted sftp server outside AWS and store it in S3?

Hi! Does the remote SFTP server offer an internet accessible endpoint? SFTP connectors can connect to servers over the internet, but currently cannot be used to connect over private networks (like Direct Connect).
