Images being rejected during AWS Rekognition DetectCustomLabels

0

Hi I have a S3 db of images I'm inferencing. These images are all .jpg and have all been "cleaned" by resaving them as jpg to remove any unwanted metadata attached to the images. The problem is about 30% of the images are being rejected for unknown reasons while the other 70% are being successfully inferenced. There's no extreme differnce between the images as far as size (15-50kb) and all of the images have been processed in the same way. Any Help?

  • Have you enabled CloudTrail events for Rekognition to understand the reason for rejection/errors ?

Hello, if you can open a customer support ticket and provide us with:

  1. your account ID
  2. your Project Version ARN
  3. an example rejected image
  4. an example accepted image

then we can take a closer look at your images and give you more information. Thank you!
