If you're having trouble accessing your AWS Skill Builder subscription content after recently subscribing, there are a few possible issues:
-
You might be logged in with the wrong Builder ID. Double-check that you're using the same account you used to purchase the subscription.
-
There could be a technical issue with your subscription recognition. Some users have reported that after creating a Builder ID, the system sometimes doesn't recognize their existing subscription.
-
AWS Skill Builder might be undergoing maintenance. There have been reports of maintenance periods during which users couldn't access the platform.
To resolve this issue, I recommend:
-
Verify you're logged in with the correct Builder ID and check your course history to confirm it's the right account.
-
Contact AWS Training & Certification support directly at support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-training for assistance with subscription access issues.
-
If you decide you want to cancel your subscription (though this doesn't solve your immediate access problem), you can do so by logging into your Skill Builder account, going to "My Account," clicking "Purchases and Subscriptions," then "Go to your subscriptions," and selecting "Cancel Subscription." Note that if you cancel within 72 hours of purchase, you won't be charged.

I have the same problem . My subscription was perfectly smooth . I could immediately able to access the catalog but AWS Billing system fail to post the invoice on my verified payment method. So , the subscription gets cancelled in 8 hours after 4 trials each at 2 hours intervals ( as explained by the support team) .
No one can give me more data why it is failing to bill .
BANK does not even get those invoices posted at their end and they can't help .
AWS has become pretty terrible on billing and support lately in comparison to Google . Too much investment on the web services and too less on the customer experiences .
