Due to my limited proficiency in English at the time and a lack of familiarity with the verification document requirements, I faced difficulties navigating the AWS knowledge needed for a successful verification.

In my attempts to overcome these challenges, I created multiple AWS accounts using different names and emails. The primary motivation behind these actions was my desire to learn AWS and cloud computing thoroughly. Over time, I dedicated myself to studying AWS extensively, gaining proficiency in handling AWS team regulation, privacy measures, and acquiring the necessary knowledge to navigate the verification process.

My recent attempt to create a new AWS account using the email ********************@gmail.com aimed to align with my name, Mohammed Samiul Azim. I subsequently changed the email to ***********************@gmail.com. However, this process has led to the termination of my account, despite my sincere efforts to submit all official verification documents.

I understand that my case (Case ID: ***************) is currently being handled by Maxine P, Fathema, Tannia, and the wider AWS support team. However, the case remains unresolved, causing a considerable impact on my business operations.

I want to highlight that my journey with AWS has transformed my understanding and capabilities significantly. I now feel well-equipped to handle AWS team regulations and privacy measures. Additionally, I am committed to furthering my knowledge and expertise in AWS cloud services.
