DNS Problem specific domains

Question

We have problems with resolving jtl-software.com. We get a timeout if we resolve against 10.0.0.2 (our internal AWS DNS server), but not against 8.8.8.8. Other domains are resolved by 10.0.0.2 but we dont know that the problem is. Maybe an internal aws issue.

Do you have any private hosted zone in route53 using the same domain name?

```
If there's a matching private hosted zone but there's no record that matches the domain name and type in the request, Resolver doesn't forward the request to a public DNS resolver. Instead, it returns NXDOMAIN (non-existent domain) to the client.
