I encountered this issue last time and finally deleted it through AWS support to force deletion from the back, yu may try again by using AWS CLI:
aws fsx delete-storage-virtual-machine --storage-virtual-machine-id <SVM-ID>
Thanks for the help but I have used this command but not able to delete the SVM. and how many days does the AWS support has taken to delete it forcefully.

Hello, did you resolve this? if so what was the solution?
While you were testing it, did you set up any snapmirror connections with another Netapp array? This usually places a lock which stops you from deleting the SVM You can run the below command to see if any connection was created - snapmirror show
Did you delete the volume that gets created during the deployment process?
