Not receiving application code in Url

I am having trouble with the oauth2/idpresponse request to the IDP. I am failing to get the the code and state; after the waterfall of request. I see the oauth2/idpresponse being preformed in the network and resulting in a 302 while using devtools, but I think the state parameter erases what the oauth2/idpresponse request creates in the URI. So in result I only receive my DNS in the URI after login not Dns?code=code.
