How long about the expected wait time for the review process

I have applied for a SendID in the Pinpoint SMS service for the US region under the registration type 'US_TOLL_FREE_REGISTRATION.' The application was created on November 23, 2023, at 11:44 AM (UTC+08:00), and its status is currently showing as 'REVIEWING' for three weeks. I would like to inquire about the expected wait time for the review process.

Per https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sms-voice/latest/userguide/registrations-tfn.html, it can take up to 15 business days, which would be by 12/13. I would recommend opening up a support case if it hasn't been processed by 12/14.
