Need help to change email

Hi.

I created my Amazon account and AWS account with an old email id. Later I changed my email id to my current one in Amazon (retail) website as I was no longer using the old email.

Recently when I tried to sign in to AWS console, I realised it was still using my old email. But when I try to change it, I'm getting an error that the email id is already associated with another AWS account. However if I try to login with that email, AWS says no account found with that email.

Need some help to change my email address. A quick help in this regard will be very much appreciated.

It seems like there may be a discrepancy between the email address associated with your Amazon (retail) account and the one associated with your AWS account. Here's what you can try to resolve this issue: You can refer to this too :- https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/change-email-address and if there is need please contact AWS Support: Reach out to AWS customer support and explain the situation. They should be able to assist you in updating the email address associated with your AWS account. You can contact AWS support through the AWS Management Console by clicking on the "Support" menu and selecting "Support Center"
