AmazonMQ - timeframe for support to change settings

Good morning, My Dev team finds itself needing to update/change some default configuration values for AmazonMQ brokers which are not available in the UI, and looking in the AWS forums it was indicated to ask support to do those changes. I was wondering for a basic account how long might it take for AWS support to do such changes? Days/ weeks? Just so you have more background, my team might need to change values for this settings: consumer_timeout or max_number_connections

Sorry for the delay. You can open a support case with our team to get these values changed, and it usually takes a week or less.
