Why cant I see add layer by ARN in my lamda layer option?

Question

I already added necessary policy additionally :{
            "Sid": "LambdaPermissions",
            "Effect": "Allow",
            "Action": [
                "lambda:GetLayerVersion",
                "lambda:PublishLayerVersion",
                "lambda:AddLayerVersionPermission"
            ],
            "Resource": "*"
        }
as I was not able to see the add layer by ARN option!

Hi - I assume that you are trying to add layer to a function. You have to go the function page and then add layer from there. Below is the screenshot
