Aurora RDS major version upgrade how to apply parameter group

Hello, I updated Aurora mysql major version up and made new parameter group

is there any way i can apply 5.6 parameter group value to new 5.7 parameter group?

Additionally, since, my dev account is in different account, is it able to import parameter group from dev account after I finish modifying all the values in 5.7 parameter group?

There is no way to copy parameter settings from a 5.6 parameter group to a 5.7 parameter group.

Unfortunately there is no programmatic way to copy parameter groups across accounts, this has to be done manually.
