Certificate in Failed Status

My certificate shows in failed status and there is no detailed reason that I can see. I need help ASAP as my website is not working. My domain is currently managed by AWS.

Thanks for these. I have looked at this earlier and those articles don't seem to help. It's also not showing detailed status.

    So you are sure your certificate has not expired and you are still seeing this issue. Have you opened an AWS Support Case?
