I created an Aurora Postgres 10.6 database cluster (no instance yet) and it's stuck in "Creating" status.
When I try to delete it, it doesn't do anything (both in the console and the CLI).
The resource id is cluster-REYE5YEBCJTISBPU2GWIL7XC5Q and it's in us-east-2.
I'd like to delete it, if possible.
The resource aged off/out.
