Use Agent Hierarchy as Organization groups

Using agent heirarchy need to work like the Organization groups, each heirachy groups suppose to have separate statuses, separate routing profiles for the every agent hierarchy. And we need full uses of Agent heirarchies,, we came to know we uses for the Agent filters on the reporting purposes. Or any other special uses available.
