Hello,
From my use and understanding of Textract there are two types of confidence scores in this context:
- Type Confidence: This is the confidence score associated with the prediction of the type of the field.
- ValueDetection Confidence: This is the confidence score associated with the actual value that has been detected for the field.
Which one to use depends on your specific use case. If you're more interested in ensuring that the field is indeed of type "TOTAL", you might want to prioritize the Type Confidence. On the other hand, if you're more interested in the accuracy of the detected value, you might want to prioritize the ValueDetection Confidence.
