I have no correct answer from a Bedrock agent

I have a bedrock agent configured with an alias and connected to a knowledge base, in the console tests it works correctly as seen in imagen1, I am using the Bedrock-agent-runtime API to make queries, but the agent's response is always: "Sorry, I don't have enough information to answer that." As shown in imagen2

You can trace the reasoning in the logs in the same way as in console. Check the logs to determine the steps that the agent took.
