Unable to get notification for ACM Soon Expiring Cert

Dear all,

I need some helps on the topic. I input one 30 days self signed cert into acm. I also set sns topic and eventbridge and subscribed to the sns topic. But unable to get notifications from the rule trigger.

Please check the status of EventBridge and AWS Config to see if it is configured correctly.
EventBridge also has matching rules and records them in CloudWatch metrics when an event is triggered.
This can be seen from the EventBridge monitoring screen.
