Amazon Connect Chat - CSMService not initialized client error

We are using Amazon Connect Chat widget and everything works fine, except we keep getting this error every few seconds in the Console log of the client:

ChatJS-csmService: CSMService is not initialized yet. Adding metrics to queue to be published once CSMService is initialized

This follows an error fetching connect-csm-worker.js from my cloudfront origin. We did set CORS correctly in the Chat widget configuration. Any insight is appreciated.

Have you confirmed your network/firewalls are allowing access to the client side metrics FQDNs: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/connect/latest/adminguide/ccp-networking.html
