Can't enable us-west-2-las-1a and us-west-2-las-1b local zones

Hi all,

I tried to enable the above two local zones following the steps [https://docs.aws.amazon.com/local-zones/latest/ug/getting-started.html#getting-started-find-local-zone].

However, I always got "Invalid Availability Zone Group provided" error. The following are the screenshots. Can someone please help?
