I believe Amazon Comprehend can use cost allocation tags.

I looked at the following documentation on Amazon Comprehend Medical and could not find any documentation that it can be tagged.
Perhaps even tagging is not supported.
So I thought it was not yet available for Amazon Comprehend Medical.
