Thank you for reaching out to us. The Verifications team will take some time to review your documents. You can create a Phone or chat to talk to the AWS Support team (They are different from the AWS Verifications team).
You can however express your urgency, if any by sending an email to 'aws-verification@amazon.com'.
Just to understand the situation - Have you received any security emails from AWS about access keys?

We have received only one email asking us to upload the utility bills, which we have done already. How can we initiate this Phone chat with AWS team?

We are on Free account, So will not be able to connect with AWS team through Chat or Phone. Kindly help us to resolve this issue at the earliest.
