Removing Account from Organization
Hi
I would like to find out ways to remove accounts from Organization. These accounts have no outstanding charges, and the root user/email has been deactivated as they were temporary participants to the organization. That said these root users are no longer in our organization and no longer reachable. No one could no longer log in to the accounts to remove itself from the organization.
Please provide assistance to remove these for us?
If you want to close these accounts, you may be able to use the recently-released CloseAccount features in the Console and API.
If it is possible for your email team to set up some kind of forwarding or aliases to make the root account email addresses usable temporarily, that would allow you to recover access.
Else, I'd recommend opening a support ticket from the Management account of the Organization to get assistance.
