How can I unlock a temporarily locked Amazon.ca account due to a payment card that does not belong to me?

My Amazon.ca account has been temporarily locked because a payment card that I mistakenly used for a purchase does not belong to me. I would like to know the process and steps to unlock my account and resolve this issue.
