AWS NoSQL Workbench 3.11.0 - Fails to Overwrite duplicate keys imported from CSV file

Question

Fails to **Overwrite** duplicate keys imported from CSV file, followed steps from [workbench.Visualizer.ImportCSV.html](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/amazondynamodb/latest/developerguide/workbench.Visualizer.ImportCSV.html). 
Duplicate items just get added to the **Edit data** grid. When selecting **Save changes**, it throws

Model validation error: "(Partition key, sort key) attribute value pair (data-removed,data-removed) in the table Fleet is not unique."
```
