You are using 4th level domain and the SSL is enabled for the S3 is *.s3.amazonaws.com, So you have to use something like docs.s3.amazonaws.com or use the example below it works, Intead of "." dot use "-" https://docs-forms-sambaash-com.s3.amazonaws.com/

Thanks for your answer. But we can't change bucket name. That bucket is created since long and has lot of files under it. Can't we get SSL certificate for that domain?
You can’t the domain s3.amazonaws.com is owned by AWS, you can in another way use static web hosting with s3 with CDN, then you will have custom domain so s3 as origin source to serve the static content , here is the link to help you https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/cloudfront-serve-static-website/
Or you can use static webhosting redirection to redirect the url to another bucket https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/userguide/how-to-page-redirect.html
