Connect Free Tier what is this item USE1-US-did-numbers

I cannot find this item in the FAQ, my billing section says I already have use 26 of 31. I have only made two calls according to my report. I have only 1 US phone number, and show only 2 minutes of usage, but this items show current usage as 26 31.0 Count for free per month as part of AWS Free Usage Tier (USE1-US-did-numbers) Maybe of interest also, I only see inbound minute items in the billing portal, I do not see an item of outbound minutes, and I have made zero outbound calls anyway.

If you check the Amazon Connect UI->Contact Search page there should be call details there. Select the dates you are interested to see details for. Are you able to see anything in that interface?

Thank you for the reply, I'm looking and for a period of June 1 to July 26 I see 11 calls with only 4 of those in July. ( I only signed up in June) With the total minutes of about 6 minutes

For more information about the Amazon Connect pricing please check https://aws.amazon.com/connect/pricing/. There are 3 charges you should know about: the price of owning a claimed number, the price of the service for making or receiving a call, and the telecom price for inbound or outbound calls. There is also a minimum duration for these costs. The service charge has a minimum of 10 seconds, while the telco charge has a minimum of 60 seconds. So a 20 seconds call will be charged at 60 seconds in telco charges.
