How can I login in my workdoc account?

I try to login the workdoc link below: https://amazondeviceshw.awsapps.com/workdocs/loginv2/index.html#/emailSelect?sitename=amazondeviceshw Enter image description here

I tried using my login email address as the username and entered my current password as the password. However, it showed authentication failed. I attempted to retrieve my password, and the system indicated that it would send an email to my Amazon email address with instructions on how to reset my password. However, I have not received the email. Could you provide any advice?
