EC2 Instance HTTP ports blocked on AWS side

Hi there,
I had HTTP ports blocked for one of my instances due to malware on one of hosted websites.
Such website is disabled now and I wish to get my other websites accessible again.
Could someone help me to get HTTP ports unblocked??
