How can i disable all email notification for files on Workdocs?

I just started using Workdocs and have thousand of files, but everytime someone update a file i receive a email notification. How can i disable this notifications?

Hi,

If you are using the workdocs NEW experience, there are a few of things you could do to receive fewer notifications:

  • Notification settings for changes to your files: Go to My Files inside the folder where these files are, multi-select those files and click on Actions -> Manage Notifications -> Mute Notifications [Or whichever is appropriate]. Pls note that this will work only for files i.e. not possible to do this at folder level.
  • Notification settings for comments: Click on your initials/name, top right corner Notify me for files that: I own -> Never and I don't own -> Never [Or whichever is appropriate]
  • If the above don't satisfy your requirements, last and the good old option would be to write a mail rule and redirect all workdocs email to another folder.
