Stopping aws elasticache temporarily feature request

Hi, is anybody aware where i can submit a feature request for the ability to stop an aws elasticache temporarily? e.g. just on weekends we don't use it and stopping it temporarily like what AWS RDS supports would be great

i know that you can already delete the cluster completely as a workaround but i would like to avoid that as it changes the dns name of the cluster
