海外账号70台0.5GB的lightsail待处理，无法删除，无法开机。

海外账号，一次性开了70台0.5GB的lightsail，console一直显示“待处理”，说已经持续两天时间了，不知道是什么原因导致的，也没有办法删除，现在也开不起来其他机器。想问一下这种情况应该如何处理？

开case提limit lightsail默认一个region就20个quota。用cli stop-instance试一下 https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cli/latest/reference/lightsail/stop-instance.html
