Hi team, I have received the notification regarding Amazon Connect Contact Control Panel (CCP) visual refresh which is in the works. I understand a new date is to be confirmed, but my question specifically relates around Zendesk and whether there will be any impacts.

Does this UI refresh automatically apply to Zendesk which has the CCP integrated via a widget? Are there any steps we'll need to take on our side or will it automatically be updated by Amazon/TTEC?

Generally there are no impacts, specially since the underlying code is not being touched you should be fine. I would certainly reach out to TTEC though, specially if they have built you a custom connector as that would be outside of what AWS provides.
