Root access is disabled on my account how to enable?

This is the error I get when logging in using my root credentials.

Authentication failed Signing in with the root user is disabled for your account. You need to re-enable this feature. If you're not an internal Amazon user, contact AWS Support.

IAM login works fine. I need root and IAM to work. Please help.

Hello.

According to the answer at the URL below, it seems that the sign-in is blocked by security policy.

Therefore, I think you need to contact AWS from the URL below.
