When I try searching up my site i get 502 error cloudfront failed to establish a connection with the origin.

This just started to happen shortly after my cert expired on my WordPress Lightsail instance, I have re-issued the cert on my server and then totally re config the new CloudFront, still getting the same error. I'm not sure what the issue is. I can hit the page directly through instances IP.

Hello.
Is there any possibility that the cache is still in CloudFront?
The following document describes how to delete the cache.

If deleting the cache does not solve the problem, please check the following document once.

Hi,

As you mention that you re-issued a new SSL certificate, I would suggest you to have a deep read of this article focused on 502 errors after new SSL cetificate: https://saturncloud.io/blog/how-to-troubleshoot-502-errors-after-updating-ssl-on-amazon-cloudfront/

You may well find the cause of your issue in it.

Best,

Didier
