Greengrass v2 deployment fails with "error while removing dir ... device or resource busy

Hi did setup greengrass v2 on a raspberry 3 and want to remove the lambda component I created. So I revised my deployment unselecting the lambda component. This at some points fails and the logs on the device state: error while removing dir {"path": "/greengrass/v2/work/greengrass-lambda-component/... : device or resource busy.
I also cannot delete the folders as sudo on the device.
Anybody got an idea?

Please provide all of the logs for this component. That error is almost always a red herring and there is something prior to it which is the real problem.
