Aurora-mysql RDS Cloudformation

I was using a template where I build an aurora-rds cluster and put the syntax in it

StorageEncrypted: True
KmsKeyId: alias/aws/rds

So that the storage was encrypted for some reason, in another template with the same setting, it does not encrypt the disk for me.

But if I use my other template if it does.

I already thought about the problem, is there a way to debug what is happening.
