End to End Monitoring of IoT Stream Analytics

I am building a stream processing framework which consists of IoT core, Event bridge, Kafka, EMR stream processing, open search. I need suggestions for building a monitoring framework which can ingest monitoring related data from all components of pipeline and also application deployed on EMR. It should be able to corelate data from start to end across all components. Is ingesting cloud watch metrics from all services and applications into ELK a good solution? Thanks
