Does PutEvents throttle limit per event bus or per whole event bridge?

0

In the user manual, It says: "PutEvents throttle limit in transactions per second: us-east-1: 10,000 per second"

Is this limitation per event bus or for the whole event bridge? I think 10,000 per event bus per second makes more sense.

The limit is on the account level. So it'll be the total transactions per second of all buses.

  • This is sad. It seems the EventBrdige simplifies the message routing, while it is not suitable for high throughput scenarios.
