Does PutEvents throttle limit per event bus or per whole event bridge?

In the user manual, It says: "PutEvents throttle limit in transactions per second: us-east-1: 10,000 per second"

Is this limitation per event bus or for the whole event bridge? I think 10,000 per event bus per second makes more sense.

The limit is on the account level. So it'll be the total transactions per second of all buses.

    This is sad. It seems the EventBrdige simplifies the message routing, while it is not suitable for high throughput scenarios.
