Failed glue jobs- ticket raise

Hi,I want to raise a ticket automatically in service now or any other tool when my glue job failed to run.this process need to be automated.can any one help.

You can use Amazon EventBridge to do this. Please refer to the following link : https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/glue-job-fail-retry-lambda-sns-alerts/. You can invoke ServiceNow APIs within the Lambda.
