How much time it takes to recive mail in user's Workmail mailbox?

Once the mail is received by Workmail/SES, it is sent out within a few seconds to the recipient mail server. A mail server may have accepted the mail but there might have been a delay in delivering this to the recipient's inbox due to various reasons, for example, a spam filter or overloaded mail server.
