Hi, as you are seeing the file in that specific folder directly listing S3 but not in the ExpanDrive, the issue seems to be with ExpanDrive. I would suggest reaching out ExpanDrive for further guidance on this.
To mount S3 as a network drive or mount point, you may also consider using native AWS services like File Gateway with SMB/NFS, or Mountpoint for Amazon S3.
