S3 Bucket not matching ExpanDrive folder

Hello,

I have an issue where one of the folders in my S3 bucket is not updating in the ExpanDrive app. The folder does update through the file explorer network drive and even in the S3 bucket list though. I have tested other folders and they seem to work fine, but when I try to upload a file into the specific folder through ExpanDrive, it doesn't update the ExpanDrive folder. I have tried reconnecting the drive and using a different access key but nothing helps. I have also confirmed this with other users, it seems to only be the one folder that won't update. Any ideas?

Hi, as you are seeing the file in that specific folder directly listing S3 but not in the ExpanDrive, the issue seems to be with ExpanDrive. I would suggest reaching out ExpanDrive for further guidance on this.

To mount S3 as a network drive or mount point, you may also consider using native AWS services like File Gateway with SMB/NFS, or Mountpoint for Amazon S3.
