We are in the process of moving from US-WEST-2 to US GovCloud. We have an active and current PinPoint/SNS shortcode that we need to move as well. How do we do so?

Hi there

You will need to create a Support Case with the Amazon SNS or Amazon Pinpoint team (depending on which AWS Service you are leveraging), and provide a detailed description of your Use Case on the Support Case. The Amazon SNS/Amazon Pinpoint team will confirm the possibility of migrating the Short Code to the US GovCloud region based on your Use Case.

In order to open a Technical Support Case, you will need to have a Developer, Business or Enterprise Support Plan. If you do not have a Support Plan in place, please kindly visit the link provided below on how to sign up for one:
