You will need to submit a service request to enable more countries to dial

Follow this process and here is a list of default as you discovered https://docs.aws.amazon.com/connect/latest/adminguide/country-code-allow-list.html

Hi,

You can raise a limit case to allow any country to appear on your CCP ( contact control panel )
