AWS SES service

0

Hi Support,

I have enabled the AWS SES service, but when sending mail to Outlook, the mail is going to spam. In Gmail, it's going to the inbox correctly. Can you please confirm if we need to add any records for this?

hi sree hari

You don't necessarily need additional DNS records to fix SES emails landing in Outlook spam, but there are steps you can take to improve deliverability.

Check Authentication: AWS documentation provides a guide on DKIM setup: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/dg/send-email-authentication-dkim-easy.html

  • I have referred the link that you have shared, but I don't see the Edit permission under the Authentication tab in the DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) container.
