You don't necessarily need additional DNS records to fix SES emails landing in Outlook spam, but there are steps you can take to improve deliverability.

I have referred the link that you have shared, but I don't see the Edit permission under the Authentication tab in the DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) container.
