Amazon Bedrock - us-west-1

As of now, there are no announced plans to release Amazon Bedrock in the US West (N. California) region, which is also known as us-west-1. Amazon Bedrock is currently available in several other regions, including US East (N. Virginia), US West (Oregon), Asia Pacific (Tokyo), Europe (Frankfurt), and AWS GovCloud (US-West).

Recently, Amazon has expanded the availability of Bedrock to additional regions such as Asia Pacific (Seoul) and US East (Ohio). However, the us-west-1 region is not mentioned in any of the recent announcements or feature support documentation for Amazon Bedrock.

It's important to note that AWS regularly evaluates and expands its services across different regions based on customer demand and strategic considerations. While there's no specific information about plans for us-west-1, AWS may consider expanding to this region in the future if there is sufficient demand.
